Changes links to corresponding React/Vue/Angular READMEs to point to the latest released stable version (i.e. 1.x) instead of master.

The web page (https://kingsora.github.io/OverlayScrollbars/) also has the same issue, i.e. links for React/Vue/Angular pointing to master. Just FYI.
