Add support for tokens - Githubissues

Find a list of all tokens that can be created. (Not counting copies of cards.) Scryfall's API is not sufficient for this, I believe it doesn't include tokens that were never printed as a piece of cardboard by WOTC.
Figure out a good way for admins to include them in questions. Templates should be able to generate tokens for a question where it doesn't matter. Maybe a new expression like token 1 or maybe include them in card generators. Descriptions will need to be automatically generated from the token's characteristics.
Display token images when they exist.
