Description

What does the change add or fix?

Enhanced bulldozer to support importing of person history
Updated copyright to 2022 for all bulldozer files

New Settings:

A new specifically formatted csv file can be used to import person history. See wiki csv page for details: https://github.com/KingdomFirst/Bulldozer/wiki/CSV

@nateh777 I have addressed all of the issues pointed out in merge review. Build was successful after changes. You should be able to focus your review on the last two commits.
