CSV: Excavator Will Sometimes Not Correctly Set Birthdates #116

The dates are formatted correctly and for some people the birthdate will set absolutely fine. For others when inspecting the database the birth day, birth month, and birth year are set correctly but the birthdate is left null.

Using YYY-MM-DD format on MK 2.0.

This may not be a Excavator issue. Multiple birthdates are not displaying in Rock anyway.
