What does the change add or fix?

Found that #27 was fixed a long time ago, but found another issue that wouldn't reload Person Fields properly on edit.

Display SMS Checkbox on Mobile Phone Should we show the SMS checkbox when a mobile phone is displayed on the form?

Added Search to Person Attributes Dropdown.
Added ability to mark Mobile Phone as SMS Enabled with a Block Setting.

No, though there was not a way to make the SMS checkbox enable/disable capable, so that may surprise some people to show up now.
