Request more manual details for each tool #1

Dear developers from Kingsford Group,

I find there are many useful tools for manipulation of gtf files, like gtfquant, gtfformat, etc. However, I cannot find any detailed help page about these tools, as well as other functional parameters for the gtfcuff tool. Could you please provide us with more details？

Hi Hao,

Thank you for your interests in our tools. These tools are initially for internal use and thus we have not yet provide documentation for that. We will definitely get the documentation done soon and let you know.
