Magisk Canary Bootloop on crDroid 13 v9.18 #335

Device name: Pixel 5 Rom name: CRdroid Android version: 13 Pixelify version: 3

Bug Description: Works with latest public version of magisk on CRdroid 13, but as soon as you upgrade magisk to canary version or directly try to install it on a system with magisk canary (https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/tag/canary-27006) it bootloops the system. sadly magisk canary is necessary to get play integrity (device integrity) so it's not an option to use an older or the public release version of magisk

How do i get out of bootloop? my phone keeps booting to fastboot mode only

What I did was reflash crdroid from the start, luckily I just had reinstalled my phone, so I had everything backed up

dirty flashing a patched boot.img works, no need to reset your device
