Fix HSI/VSI Course Deviation #216

Course deviation bar would snap to full deflection upon crossing 180deg opposite the selected course. This solution checks for the course error to reach +90 or -90 degrees, then applies math so that as the actual course error strays further, the calculated course error decreases back towards 0. This fix also applies the same behavior to the VSI course deviation indicator.

I tried this fix and am getting some weird movement of the rollbar when using DGNS and ILS approaches. The rollbar wants me to roll to the right all the time and never centers when on course.

Doing a quick test using the Instant Action mission Ready On The Ramp at Kobuleti, the roll command bar seems to work correctly for ILS on runway 07 using frequency 111.500. Can you provide steps to reproduce your issue?
