Pelicanize #10

Use pelican to build the website in order to have also articles.

This doesn't include the travis build to build the gh-pages, but it should be simple enough!

I've changed the theme to include a list of articles in the "archives.html" file.

I don't think I'll take the time soon to push this much further, but everything we basically need is around. It lacks a readme and an integration with TravisCI / Github pages, in order to be merged.

If this isn't took over by someone on the team, I'll get back to it in the next weeks or so. Hope this helps!

Oh wait, you've just deleted the branch? What happened?

I merged it into master, since travis expects master to be the source of truth.
