The error says: NoLinkedYouTubeAccount.

Login with that account and try to upload a video manually first

how do I do that

I start the upload with the command

sudo youtube-upload / home/pi/youtube-upload1/youtube_upload/youtube_upload.py 
- email = "user" - password = "pw" - title = "60" - description = "NRG" - 
category = "Games" - keywords = "Energy Games" - private cd / 
media/usbstick/60.mkv

no, no, just go to www.youtube.com and upload a video as a normal user. Then 
try the script.
