Documentation improvements #65

Documentation is currently only in markdown format, mostly just suitable for GitHub and similar. Also the format is currently in a mixture between a reference guide and howto document. The GUI itself has no documentation at all and not all features are self-explanatory.

And F1 doesn't go to the help section.

As of 0.2.2 the packages contain .html format documentation that has been updated.

Documentation is in a walkthrough format and should include all language features currently implemented.
