I can't install the node #60

Good afternoon! I have not been able to start the node for a week. Comes to 'lead kira then v' Every time comes to 'finish catching up xxx seconds ...'. It grows and goes on a new one. Current height: 658304 and does not change. The minimum height has already grown from 50700 to 702967. Reloaded all containers 100 times with the command (i). Reinstalled the server 4 times. Snap downloaded from 10 different ip. Contabo server. 8cpu 30 ram 800ssd. 600Mbit / s. 32TB traffic. What to do?
