Improving loader #139

🎇 Description

The loader that can be seen on the products.html page does not have an appealing appearance. Its size can be reduced, it can be made into a full circle, and the -webkit- prefix may be used for browsers that do not support animation and transform attributes. These are all ways that it can be enhanced.
