🛠️ Fixes Issue : "#99 and #97"

👨‍💻 Changes proposed:

Now user cannot save empty values while editing, Added some padding around edit and delete icons, Edit option get hidden while user is editing, Also Fixed the "patient:" which came inside the input box previously while editing.
