Extracting nullDC_104_r136 FAILURE #441

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Download the file.
2: Attempt to extract the files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: Proper extraction.

But instead I see: Error messages that say "operation failed".

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: nullDC_104_r136

I use a nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: Skeptical
GDRom Plugin: Doubt it
AICA Plugin: Yes
ARM7 Plugin: Yes
Maple Plugin(s): Yes
Ext.Device Plugin: Don't think so

On what kind of system?

Windows Vista (DELL)

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Vista Home basic
CPU: Irrelevant?
Video Card: Irrelevant?
Sound Card: Irrelevant?
Additional related hardware and/or software: 

Please provide any additional information below:

I DL'd it from the Google page, and installed both runtimes. Extracting it 
results in a failure.

I tested the archive on the latest stable 7-zip version and it extracts fine. I 
recall not having any issues extracting the files in the archive with previous 
7-zip versions either. Also, I don't recall anyone complaining in the past 
about similar issues.

Thus, I'm quite certain that someone else is "doing it wrong" and that the 
issue lies elsewhere and not nullDC (from now on simply referred to as "the 
software" within this comment), where "elsewhere" can be the end user, Google 
and its servers, the archiving application you use and whoever made it, the 
rest software or hardware you use, the weather, God (if you believe in one), 
luck or a quite large number of various other different variables that I'm not 
going to mention due to time constrains.

Due to the aforementioned observations, including the nature of the problem you 
are having not being related to the software itself but merely to the way the 
software is distributed to the potential end user, I will now invalidate this 
issue and recommend you to visit another place in order to receive at least 
some sort of basic end-user oriented support. A proper example of such a place 
can be, amongst others, an emulation related discussion forum.
