SVN 142 heavy graphical issues in 2D games #471

Graphics are displayed incorrectly and flicker all over the place, sometimes 
splitting sprites in half and positioning them in odd places with the latest 
"NullDC PowerVR Jan 28 2013" graphical plugin, this happens in Capcom vs SNK 2 
and Marvel vs Capcom 2, have not tested it with other games but will continue 
to do so. 

The issue is way more noticeable in Marvel vs Capcom 2.
