I am a backend engineer, frontend beginner. I want to get the API definition, so I can implement it myself.

You can go with Prisma or Drizzle ORM for server actions to create an API and use Next.js as a full-stack framework.

Ah, I'm currently occupied with other works. Once I'm settled, I will let you know. Alternatively, you may find another dev here
