Track process and locations used during a build #578

The idea behind this is that on platforms that run Windows Defender(/Security/whatever it is called) you can track which process and folders are used or. Then you can take that list and add it to the exclusions list to improve build times.

I think this would be more of an MSBuild suggestion rather than a viewer bug. Don't think I can do anything here.
