Allow disabling of auto-search while typing #579

For larger binlogs, the lag between keypresses can be annoying. Maybe a longer delay before the auto-search kicks in, or a way to disable it entirely, requiring an Enter keypress to execute the search.

It's particularly problematic for me with the Avalonia on Linux which seems to suffer from general perf issues vs the Windows build.
