[Avalonia][Mac] Bottom third of window is gigantic #760

Not sure when it started happening, but I built 670ced2367fbdd3865442357e079e3ac2fc27412 this morning and this is what the window looks like now:

I'm building with the 8.0.200 SDK, but still targeting net7.0 as usual. I'm on osx-arm64
