Time to set 0.17.60 default #199

0.17.x branch has been the current stable version of Factorio for a long time now. Experimental is on 0.18 and will become the new 1.0. Almost nobody plays 0.16.x anymore, and by doing this change the site will be already set when the 1.0 arrives.
