game version 1.1 changed Productivity Module 1 & 2 drawbacks #221

from the patch notes:

Balancing

  • Productivity module 1 decreases speed of the machine by 5% instead of 15%.
  • Productivity module 2 decreases speed of the machine by 10% instead of 15%.

I've implemented this change locally and it works great for me; offered as PR #222 .
