Have a meta endpoint that contains:

- timestamp of mtu_course_scrape
- timestamp of transfer_course_scrape
- last git commit date
- last git release SHA256
- last git release ver
- count(*) courses
- count(*) mtu_course
- count(*) transfer_courses
