Is possible use delectra after create structure in /var #13

Hi I have dpkg_locked in ios 11.3.1. To solve these I copy /lib/dkpg from other site to /var. Now I see that I make wrong because the solution correct would be using delectra. Is possible to make that now? Thanks and sorry for my English
