DeviceManager no longer public #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Updated to the latest download of the cast sdk.
2. Code won't compile because DeviceManager is no longer public.

What is the expected output?
DeviceManager used to be public and there doesn't appear to be an alternative?

DeviceManager has been removed.  Developers are supposed to use the Media Route 
apis now.

to the Google Cast SDK and will be closing your issue.
