iOS Cast SDK always return volume 1.0 #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using latest iOS SDK v1.0.9
2. Enable session with Chromecast Receiver.
3. Set volume to X (EG: 0.0625).
4. Receiver is set to X at this point and volume slider UI on Receiver App 
shows correct value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. GCKMediaProtocolMessageStream instance returns 1.0 instead of X on 
requestStatus or when overriding GCKMediaProtocolMessageStream 
didReceiveMessage.
