Youtube iframes in custom receiver playback errors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Develop custom receiver with embedded Youtube iframe
2. Many videos will cause Error 5 and display that Flash is required
3. However, the same videos play fine in iframes in Safari on iPad. Sample 
videos: vVXIK1xCRpY, PsO6ZnUZI0g
4. Eventually the iframe player freaks out(after successfully playing some 
videos, and unsuccessfully others), and reaches a state where it cannot play 
any videos.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that any video playable in an iframe on Safari iPad should also be 
playable in a Chromecast custom player.

It was requested to consult the YouTube team (possibly open a bug there), so I 
am not sure why you opened another bug again; this is not an SDK issue
