Chrome Packaged apps unsupported #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using the <script type="text/javascript" 
src="https://www.gstatic.com/cv/js/sender/v1/cast_sender.js"></script>
2. When the file is stored locally the packaged app fails on localStorage
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to be able to use chromecast extension. In the Chrome 
debug window you'll see that the file fails from it's use of local Storage. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Chrome Web Packages are not currently supported.
