Provide reliable method of detecting Chromecast device through JavaScript #157

Currently, I can detect if my web app is running on Chromecast by checking for 
"CrKey" in the user agent string. Is this an accurate, future-proof method of 
detecting presence of Chromecast hardware? If not, I would request that one is 
provided. The goal is to have one web app capable of running on multiple 
platforms.
