Cached content from device is played from remote source

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have Google Play content cached to android device.
2.Attempt to play cached content on chromecast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would expect the content to be played from the device, instead the content is 
pulled from Google every time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast Build 15250; Android 4.3/4.4.2;

Please provide any additional information below.

Google Play always plays the content on Chromecast from web, it doesn't look at 
the cached content on your phone since the model is based on that; if your 
phone gets disconnected, for example, it continues to play from web. If you 
expect to have a different behavior, you need to open a ticket for Google play 
and not the SDK.
