Audio does not revert to normal levels when switching from Android cast to PC cast. #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Android app Youtube (Android 2.3)
2. After playback is finished, from Windows PC Chrome, cast a new tab
3. Play video or audio from Chrome to Chromecast 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected normal playback - Instead, audio is very quiet (may have been because 
of turning down volume whilst using Youtube Android app) This can be remedied 
by selecting "stop casting" from Chrome, and then casting again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Youtube for Android (2.3) and then Plex/Web on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

Completely agree. This fix would also solve my problem of starting up the 
device at 100% volume every time.

Since I only use my TV with the chromecast, I need to keep the volume at a 
relatively high volume so I can use the phone solely as a remote.

to the Google Cast SDK and will be closing your issue.
