Chromecast attempts to play youtube with flash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the Youtube iframe api
2. Play certain videos (eg "hTWKbfoikeg")

What is the expected output?
Video should play

What do you see instead?
Error message about requiring flash

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The videos that give this error on Chromecast play fine on a Chromebook with 
the HTML5 player.

This is problematic because there is no way I know of to detect what videos 
this happens with, so if a user transitions to Chromecast it may or may not 
work.

This issue still occurs with the latest Chromecast firmware and production SDK:
Embedding Youtube iframe players in the custom receiver often generates Error 5 
(HTML5 playback error).
However, the same videos play fine in  iframes in Safari on iPad, so the 
problem is clearly in Chromecast. Sample videos with this issue: PsO6ZnUZI0g,
