parse_json: Fix import of heterogeneous rotations #62

Fixes Kirpal/Keyboard-Layout-Editor-for-Blender#60

KLE assumes that y-position is reset when a new RX or RY is specified, but not when just a new R is specified. Fixed the JSON importer to account for this.

Tested with several rotation-heavy layouts, including Ergodox.
