SA profile #7

Models for the SA profile keycaps were obtained by zslane @ deskthority

These patches allow processing of keycaps with SA profile. DSA and DCS are still processed as before, but I had to add a few if's here and there

Please let me know if you prefer to arrange the commits in some other way Code is as clean as I managed, but I am not used to write in python, so there could be some glaring C++isms
