Download trajectory object

Sorry for a second question. Is it possible to export also the R object together with the plots? I would like to know which cells are in the different parts of the trajectory.

No problem, we appreciate the feedback.

This feature is not supported at this time. However, I believe it would be relevant to add this option for the trajectory session too. We will try to implement this for the next version.

I thank you for this suggestion!

Unfortunately, when using the models as implemented in dynverse, I found no easy way to save the results comprehensively.

So this will not be an option that we will be pursuing, and I am closing the issue if you have no other questions.
