We need to figure out what needs to be done in terms of using GPS and how to 
implement it, or an alternative to positioning.

1) Look into High-Precision GPS modules.
    - uBlox has some good ones
2) Look into Kalman filtering or similar for predicting better locations
    - Links on Docs site
3) Determine if GPS is not a solution and find alternatives.
    - Blutooth reading Wiimote?
    - Following something?
    - Computer vision to find something?

May also want to look at unit redundancies...could probably better predict the 
actual location with multiple devices.

GPS Module has been picked to test with and a breakout board has been submitted 
for prototype production.  Waiting for board completion to be able to test.
