Lack of clarity about changing a calorie output command.

The command explains that we can change the calorie out entry using this command.

The slightly confusing part is that in the format, instead of telling me to supply c/[non-negative integer], it just says [Updated details]. Then in the next line it shows c/123 being used. As a new user, I am left wondering if I could do more with the command since there was no restriction given about which prefixed I can pass in.
