Uptime monitoring required on any servers used in the live system. Does devinit have a a pingdom account or similar which both data and datadev servers can be added to?

Following Simons' suggestion I've set up monitors using the googledoc trick

http://www.labnol.org/internet/website-uptime-monitor/21060/

It checks every 5 minutes and sends an email to me if it gets anything but a 200 status code. However this is only a shortterm solution

Hi Kit - we do have a pingdom account, so could set something up on there too?

Yes it would be sensible to have all the sites monitored in the same way - can you set multiple emails per site (I've only a free one for my own site)
