Funder analysis

The funder facet is fundamentally broken:

• there are sometimes multiple funders but no apportionment of the project value between them because there is no percentage provided
• funder references are often just local codes to the organisation if provided at all. this means that the list of Funders as gathered form the actual data is fundamentally useless

This facet is not used in Aidview whihc uses Reporting org which is single-valued, Perhaps this facet just needs to be dropped

better to simply degrade the Funder facet to a list of funders without financial analysis
