The URLs published by the US of the form :+1: http://foreignassistance.gov/IATI/CRS/IATI%20Feeder_2009XML/Afghanistan_2009CRS.xml

Contain a space and these have not been processed. The application could replace spaces with %20 but it is believed there are other problems with these documents so that hasn't yet been done

Space permitted in URLS now
