eXist-db version upgrade #85

Current exist rev is 17988 . version 2 has been officially released and at rev 18252 has a number of bug fixes, including repaired sh scripts.

Needs to be run first on test then on hepworth

Current version seems quite stable - schedule for upgrade in the autumn
