Participant facet currently dropped because its slow to compute and of dubious value given the poor data quality in the org references . A new facet could be based on the OrganisationIdentifier or some extension of that such as OrganisationIdentifierFull (no longer maintained)

Participant facet added - takes a while but is useful - code efficiency improved
