Auto centering #12

Buggy - not honoured when generating layers , layers whch seem to be aligned are not.

better when using the path centroid in place of path bounding box centre but rotation around the centre doesnt work and miss-aligns

seems to be fixed now that undefined X / Y scaling direction handled
