make filligree bowl with a former, either outside or inside.

easier if former is rotationally symmetric.

digitise the radial profile of the former P , origin [Ox,Oy]
for each step in the path [x,y,z]
convert ([x,y]) to (r,theta) with origin [Ox,Oy]
compute zf by interpolation over P at r
move to [x,y,x+xf]
