revise all lat/longs

When used for the mobil app, all locations need to be at the front of the property. This enables the phone to latch quickly onto each property in turn. If some positions are back and some forward, the rear one will never be closest to the phone and hence not detected.

Need a custom script to map a block at a time, with draggable icons for the premises in the block, with update of a premise location.

Similar to the code for a logged in user in tree locate

Block list needs to show the premise no, current occupant and event and lat long. Dragging will update the lat long and a button save - this will update the premise file data.

I day to create the script, a week of a few hours each day to do the revision - Bob or someone could help with this. Would need to keep track of which blocks have been done There may be premises without a location at all - eg Bishopston Tiles doesnt seem to have one?

working but need to handle premises with missing latlong focus on the property is missing ? some are missing from the maps in the main sitethe code here is wrong - doesnt show a popup
