Trees not in current data #159

Having trouble know how to detect and what to do with trees which are no longer listed in the current BCC data.

XQuery code to find these missing members seems to take for ever so I must be doing it all wrong.

much better coding - not a problem to find - maybe just mark as "no tree" or "deleted"

I cant remove the tree because it may be referenced in a photo or now be a sculpture. So changing state would lose its current status eg as a sculpture - best to add a new attribute 'unlisted' but will need to filter for this in some cases .

This is related to replacements since some may have been replaced

or could we make state multi-valued?
