drag current location #168

in the location app, allow the current location to be draggable as long as updating is off. this would allow trees to be seen around a chosen location which would make it more useful on the desktop as a browser

new locate code does this using double click because dragging is more appropriate for updating the position of a tree and clicking is easier to manage on a zoomed out map
