get Tree protection orders #43

Data on TPOs is supposedly available from data.gov.uk form the BCC inspire GIS system but not at all obvious how to do this.

BCC GIS Support team and Katherine Rooney at opendata.bristol contacted to request access - awaiting further response

TPO data now on opendata.bristol.gov.uk - Data quality is pretty poor - common name , sometimes a species name (frequently misspelt) and sometimes just a comment describing the trees . location, reason )

TPO data cleaned but hundreds of errors and confusions - multiple species entries in quarantine still be be done

TPO ids need to be recreated using REFVAL and LABEL instead of OBJECTID

merge the BAD TPOs to see if the TREE_TYPE Field will help . With groups, move the text to the text field and tag as Group

Write up TPO process notes Need to merge in all useful data from TPO csv - dates mainly (there are no dimensions provided) Amend tree-page so that all fields in the record are shown

All TPOs processed and added o the tree collection

Some TPO orders still wrong - many duplicate IDS
