Created the Lambdas that are triggered by the MongoDB event. One for singleKita and one for serviceSignup.
To test go to: https://eu-central-1.console.aws.amazon.com/lambda
select either:
signupToSingleKitaAvailableEmail or singupToKitaFinderServiceEmail
and click on Test.
