[ FEAT ] Change the meal plan form calendar to open on month #10

Problem:

It’s kind of annoying to have to pick the year every time when we’re going to be in the same year for 365 days.

Idea:

I want to be able to create a meal plan and have the form calendar open up to the current month instead of the year selection menu.
